Jugal Foundation Nepal, a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) registered with Govt. of Nepal, Social Welfare Council - Nepal & NGO Federation Nepal. Founded in May 2007, is to provide shelter, medical care and educational opportunities for underprivileged children in Nepal. Supported by donors from the around the world. The best phase of development is during the childhood, as children are the future of the nation and back bone of economic development. As known, childhood is the father of manhood no one can ignore this stage. The development of a child includes good health, good education, good family environment, proper training, balance diet and love. But in our present context about 47% of the total children are far from primary education and more than 44% of children of age 5 are underweight.

Jugal, which means one of the popular mountain located very near from Kathmandu valley. Although Nepal is very remote and bit poor country, Nepalese people are very friendly and you have good respect in the society while you are staying here. Nepal has great travel options and value before or after your social works.

During these conditions of poverty people die due to starvation, exploitation and torture by land lords, natural disasters, road mishap, and their children become destitute and orphans. They will have no one to be looked after. Even the nearest guardians don't look after them because of the same poverty or they don't want to share their burden. These children are either left to work at home and at hotels as servant or in the street as rag pickers. Considering all above matters Jugal Foundation Nepal was established in May 2007 and is a non-profitable and non-government organization. Jugal Foundation Nepal is founded to assist the children of above categories and discriminated communities who live in the remote and hilly region of Nepal.

During this current era destitute, orphans and war affected children are facing harshest poverty conditions. Our government has no customs of helping children by providing essential resources to the institutions working for welfare of Children. All of the foundations run with contribution of well-wisher in the world. We cannot stay-behind without expressing gratitude to our pioneer who are dedicating on fund raising projects and encouraging us working in children welfare sector in Nepal.

We have now expanded our activities into other districts. Despite of very limited resources; we are able to rescue children of harsh realities of this region and being sheltered, fed and educated in one of the best private School in Kathmandu Valley. The children are brought up in a caring and homely environment. We are very much aware about children's needs, desire and wishes. Time is very competitive and hardship. So, we committed our dedications for the welfare of these children. We have afforded to make them as one of the best citizens of the country.
